Ordering
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product: 50 for balaclavas and many cloth masks, 100 for most gaiters and disposable masks, 200–500 for a few specialty items. Each product page shows its minimum.
Can I split one order across designs or sizes?
Usually yes, while keeping the bigger price break. Put the split in your order notes or ask us.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout only needs your email. An account lets you see orders and reorder in one click.
Can I pay after I see the proof?
Yes. Choose "Pay after I approve the proof" at checkout and we will email a secure payment link with your proof.
Design
Is design really free?
Yes. Our designers set up every order and send a proof. Very complex redraws from a photo may carry a small fee, and we always ask first.
What files should I send?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is best, then a large PNG with a clear background. A JPG or a photo is fine to start.
What are layout numbers?
Our flyers show numbered layouts for gaiters, ski masks and face masks. Pick a number and we set your logo up that way. See the layouts page.
Can you print a sports team or cartoon logo?
Only with written permission from the owner. Please send art you own or have rights to.
Production & shipping
How long does it take?
Most orders take 2–4 weeks after proof approval; some balaclavas and arm sleeves take 3–5 weeks. Tell us your date and we will confirm.
How much is shipping?
Free to any U.S. address.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Ask us for a quote and we will price international shipping for your order.
