Refund Policy

Every product we make is printed to order with your design, so we work hard to get it right before anything is printed.

Before printing

• You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof.
• Proof changes are free.

After you approve the proof

• Because items are custom, approved orders cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
• If we made a mistake (the print does not match your approved proof, items are damaged, or the count is short), tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint the affected items or refund them, at our cost.

Late orders

If we confirmed an in-hands date in writing and miss it because of our production, contact us. We will make it right.
