How to Send Your Logo for Printing (and What to Do If You Only Have a JPG)

Updated October 16, 2026

The short version: send what you have. Our designers set up every order for free. But the right file makes your proof faster and sharper.

Best to good

  1. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or a PDF made from them). These scale to any size with perfectly sharp edges.
  2. PNG with a transparent background, at least 2,000 pixels wide.
  3. A large JPG. Fine, but the white box around the logo has to be removed. The Design Studio has a "remove white background" switch, and we clean it up on the proof.
  4. A photo or screenshot. We can often redraw simple logos from these. Complex art may carry a small redraw fee, and we always tell you first.

Colors

Gaiters and masks are printed with dye sublimation, which reproduces almost any color. If you need an exact brand color, include the Pantone or HEX code in your notes. Want a printed reference? Ask for our color swatch book.

Templates

Designers who want to build print-ready art themselves can download our product templates.

Ready? Upload your files here, or see your logo on a gaiter first.
