Is shipping really free?

Yes. Shipping to any U.S. address is included in the price, on every order, with no minimum beyond the product minimum.

Do I see a proof before you print?

Always. We email a digital proof, usually within 1 business day. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and changes to the proof are free.

How long does it take?

Production is 3–4 weeks after you approve the proof, plus shipping. Need it sooner? Put your date in the notes and we will tell you right away if we can make it.

I only have a rough logo. Can you help?

Yes. Free design help is included. Upload whatever you have (even a photo or a sketch), pick a layout, and our designers set it up for print.

Can I split the order into different designs?

Yes. Contact us or put it in the notes. Many teams split one order across two or three designs at the same quantity price.
